Pastor Chuck has then been a pastor of Grace Church since 1999. Born & raised in Delaware County, PA, he received his Bible Degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, and his master's degree in Systematic Theology from Talbot Theological Seminary in La Mirada, CA.

Pastor Chuck is bi-vocational, being the owner of Charae Landscaping as well as a pastor of Grace Church. Since 1989, he and his wife, Paula Roland, have been married and have six children and three grandchildren.
